Where to start?

I know most guides say start farming this or that, but whats the best team to use to start farming?

at the beginning start with Phönix-Squad, then switch to empire

I believe in Phoenix/empire progression because Jkr is way to advanced farming for new start! Have to unlock 6/7 light and dark before you can begin. Who is going to get you there?
