If toons represented the lore, or movies or any "true" power scheme from the universe they are from the game would be extremely stale. The most powerful would be the most powerful and the ones that are not would just be junk, no strategy.
Unfortunately it just doesnt work in a game to build it like that. If anything more toons should all be on the same or similar level of power.

Thanks for both of you pointing out the obvious...I am talking about something more along the lines of a character that is unquestionably stronger..resisting a special abilities attack, from a toon that is strong no doubt, but their little tricks have no effect...resist
Restating the same basic idea, but simply in a different way doesn't make it any more true. There was a time when the most powerful character in arena was Geo Soldier because he was the only one that could get to gear 9. This is a game - it is not meant to perfectly reflect Star Wars "reality". While at times it does share many similarities, in order for it to be playable AND interesting, there has to be some deviance from "reality".
