Fix sandbagging for tw!!!

Are CG paying attention to the game? Do you notice players moving during tw? GP shifts. A couple short every single time!! Its clear as day after the first TB that a guild w 235m GP wins a battle at 200m every. Single. Time. One quick simple solution should be, it shouldnt be active gp but total guild GP regardless of who signs up. Punish those that dont fully participate and help keep matchups more even

    I realize this may come as a shock, but some people have real lives and go on vacations and crazy stuff like that.
