I have been noticing that if you drop members from your current team as leader they are unavailable in your character pool? IE Barris leader for bonus health with Lumi in squad drop to rearrange leader abilities and both are unavailable in current battle. Anyone else?

Edit: low health so switching roles for Lumis turn ally heal then proc both heals
