Fix your lag in UI.

Because of the lag that this game has, I just lost 1280 gems by purchasing 16 shards of Ordo..
Even better, this happened on an 800k alt, on which it takes me weeks to earn that kind of gems.
So fix your damned UI!
Ofc Customer Support said they don't have the tools to reverse it, because you didn't provide with a simple profile management tool (which every 3rd rate company has, but somehow you don't).
