That's not a claim, it's a fact. I saw it with my own eyes. Well not my own eyes, but I know a guy who claims his guildmate saw it. So I guess it is, in fact, a claim. But that doesn't make it any less of a fact.

2. When you write an email, then they ask you to make a call.
3. When you call them, then they ask you to email them.
