What program is the best to grab your screen shot URL with on an android?

You can just hold the power + volume down button and it'll screenshot your screen. No need for another program.

If you need help, just google your phone model + screen capture command.

Example: Nexus 5X screen capture

I know how to take a screen shot. Where I need the help is how to grab the URL from my screen shot.

It's an app...you can generate a link for email...text ...Facebook...Twitter...or just Copy the link to your clipboard or notes and go from there.
