Currently in GA I'm sitting at 3.79m GP (division 3) 1k away from promoting to division 2. Does promoting during a tournament force you into the new division after the round? As in after the next two battles and starting a new round (next 3 battles) will I be fighting division 2 players? I would assume it would change after the tournaments end since forcing a player to fight division 2 players when they joined as division 3 would be unfair, also the score difference would be unfair. Tried searching the forums could come up with anything, thanks!
