Why don't we have progressive drop rates on nodes? Pretty much everyone does the first round of crystal refreshes on a normal basis, but not that many do the second or more because you're asking for more crystals for the same drop rate. That doesn't make since at all and wouldn't even be legal on slots, which this game's economy is basically just gambling. Why don't you fix this and entice people to spend crystals on higher probability nodes that would benefit them more in their search for very specific pieces?
Disclaimer: I know there is the addiction piece of this game, which I get and don't advocate for.
Still waiting on that edit forum profile setting so I can change my name...

That's less than 25 crystals/shard (if you take out the remaining 60 energy for future use). I'd say it's enough of a gain for anyone that wants to stay competitive to make them refresh a second time.
(A third refresh leaves you with 80 energy, and up's your average for 20 battles to 41.66 crystals/shard for 50 crystals energy refresh and 100 on third node refresh extra).
Update - 1 shard from 26 attempts. That’s a drop rate less than 4%. Far too low
Others have done it, and proven this to be the drop rate.
No that's not how it works. You go back and then you have to live it all over again. Sorry but I don't make the rules.
