Banned and dont know why

I got banned due to repeat offenses. I dont know what i did wrong. Ive messaged Lucifer but no answer? I already missed a TW and i don't know what to do and i put few hundred pounds in that account.

    Unfortunately CG_LucifersDaddy is the only one that can help with banned accounts and this needs to be discussed in direct message with them. You will need to be patient for a response from him. It may take some time.
