Missing crystals

Somehow juhani shards were purchased with my crystals. I already have juhani maxed out I did not need these shards and I lost 1200 crystals how do I fix this

    You can reach out through the in game help button. You should be able to get help from EAHelp, they deal with more one on one issues like this.
