I’d be willing to bet this is to make rebels a solid 3rd team and give less reasons to use HT With rebels. Let’s hope this indicates an expansion to the slots for fleets in GAC.
It help a little with neg fleets. It won't help much against mal since most don't use HT in starting lineup. But are you really having trouble with mal to begin with?
It is a decent ship. We just didn't actually need another rebel ship.
