UNIT NAME: Darth Vader ALIGNMENT: Dark CATEGORIES: Dark Side, Attacker, Leader, Sith, Empire
ABILITIES:
Changes in Green
NEW ABILITY Special 3: (ZETA) Merciless Massacre (Cooldown 9)
FINAL TEXT: Gain Merciless and take a bonus turn after this one. All enemies gain Merciless Target, which can't be evaded or resisted. When Darth Vader uses an ability, Merciless Target is removed from the targeted opponent and Darth Vader takes a bonus turn. If the target did not have Merciless Target, then Merciless expires, and Merciless Target is removed from all remaining enemies. Darth Vader can ignore taunt effects when targeting enemies with Merciless Target.
While Merciless, Darth Vader is immune to Fear and Turn Meter manipulation, and his bonus turns do not trigger other characters' effects based on bonus turns or Turn Meter gain.
Merciless Target: Darth Vader must target a unit with this or a taunt effect, can ignore Taunt to target this unit, and takes a bonus turn after using an ability while targeting this unit
Merciless: +50% Offense, +25% Critical Chance, and +50% Critical Damage; immune to Fear and Turn Meter manipulation
Unique 1: (ZETA) No Escape
FINAL TEXT: At the start of each encounter Darth Vader gains 8 Speed until the end of the encounter for each of the following: Empire ally, Sith ally, Jedi enemy, Rebel enemy. Darth Vader is immune to Turn Meter reduction and recovers 5% Health whenever a Damage Over Time effect on an enemy expires. Whenever Darth Vader activates Merciless Massacre, dispel Stealth from all enemies.
@CG_SBCrumb does the second part of the new unique mean that the addition/dispelling of merciless target and any other debuffs while he takes bonus turns won't generate TM under an EP lead? Or does this just prevent Malak/JKA/Padme from jumping in the middle of his bonus turns?
Is there a difference between the TM part of “ While Merciless, Darth Vader is immune to Fear and Turn Meter manipulation,” and his current zeta which makes him immune to TM reduction?
So I’m thinking under a palp lead he wouldn’t get extra TM from buffs expiring (TM manipulation) and just Take the bonus Turns?
Mainly thinking about his last bonus turn... would he get TM from palp lead if his last attack isn’t against a merciless target

His bonus turns do not trigger other characters' effects based on bonus turns or Turn Meter gain so, yes that would prevent other characters from taking a turn in the middle of his rampage. Counter attacks can still happen though
So basically you can start off with this new ability and apply the debuff to 5 enemies. You gain pretty much 5 bonus turns, as you can hit each of them once and then assuming you're running Palp lead, you can aoe which will give you another turn as long as the enemy doesn't resist a ton of DOTs, so that will be 6 turns taken + 1 after you first use the ability, so totally 7 turns for Vader before somebody else can move. Which means you will have only 2 turns left on Merciless after that, which means every 2 turns Vader will be able to take the total of 7 turns without anyone interfering o.O.

Makes Vader very fun to play with, more so than he already is
Waaaait this is..
Thanks CG
Correct, it will only remove Merciless Target from unit he is directly targeting

Any examples?
All the bonus turns so far do not depend on other characters bonus turns (Sith Trooper, Malak, Jedi Knight Anakin)
It is. His head is turned so it looks off from the side. Spin it around to the right. The plate is centered on his chest.
Chest plate is centered.
Where is his father's day rework?
