this has nothing more to do with the health of the game!
time to evaluate the top10 boxes, or better the rank11+ boxes!
if it‘s rng, if we land in the top 10 or not, then make the sith-raid simable!
in the pit the ranks were also rng with a full clear run, but you had the chance to get good rewards. also in the haat. in the sith raid you have no chance to get a full gear12 or a full gear12+ piece outside the ranks 1-10.
Next time you clear it you have a chance of ranking 10th or better. If scores are tied RNG decides the ranking order. It's no different than the older raids (apart from the issue of different scores for clearing p4)

Not being different than the other raids doesn't make any of it acceptable. It's always been crap the way they do raid rewards, it's just more noticeable now because the tank rewards have never been very useful, even in the top 10.

The good thing now is that the more players in your guild that are able to solo the raid the more evenly top-10 rewards will be distributed. Yes, it may sting to solo and finish outside top-10 but again:

Nowadays I only play the tank raid if I have a chance at reaching top-3. Otherwise I don't bother. As hSTR becomes more and more trivial it may end up the same for me (chance at top-10).

It's vastly different. HAAT and Pit have a chance to drop full gear pieces of their respective top end gear outside of the top 10. HSith does not (anymore). That's the entire point.
In game name: Lucas Gregory FORMER PLAYER - - - -"Whale blah grump poooop." - Ouchie
In game guild: TNR Uprising I beat the REAL T7 Yoda (not the nerfed one) and did so before mods were there to help

The point is that no matter what rewards drop at what rank (full gear pieces or not - it doesn't matter) rewards will be distributed evenly among players that solo the raid every time.
Added: The more raids they do, the more even distribution.

No, they won't be evenly distributed. It's completely RNG, and with more than 10 people solo'ing it's possible that 1 person NEVER gets top 10.

Yes, the order in case of ties is random. That's EXACTLY why it will be evenly distributed. The more raids - the more evenly distributed. That's how randomness with even probabilities work.
The probability of one person never getting top-10 during a large number of raids is low.
