  Your phone memory is probably full, it has to do that every time you open the game if your memory is full.

  If you have an phone optimisation app running on your phone it may be clearing data meaning the game is needing to re-download some of the assets.
  
  Open the game and leave it on the main cantina screen for 15-20 minutes to allow it to download everything.
  
  If you see it again I'd be looking at recently installed apps or software features.

  Thanks Danubiss. Kids had recorded a bunch of videos and my memory was full. Good catch!
