After applying Darth Sidious' healing immunity effect; Barriss offee will heal right through the negative effect and allow other healing to now take place. Only if barriss offee heals first.
Barriss Offee does two very different steps with her Special Ability:
- First, all allies have their current Health percentages equalized. Technically, this is not called healing, as no health is added to the squad, just the distribution is changed. So healing blocks do not apply here. As Barriss Offee herself has tons of health, this usually looks like healing.
- Second, each ally recovers 15% of their Max Health (at ability level 7). That is not that much, which makes the first step even more important. This is the one that can be blocked by Healing Immunity.
