Holy ship!

Hi,

Starting off with the mandatory observation that ship meta has been stale now for many months (I am looking at you, Negotiator and HT).

We have very few FO and resistance ships to pair with their respective capital ships. With people soon getting Finalizer and Holdo's capital ships to 7 star, it is important that CG releases 2-3 (1 pilot less) ships each for these factions soon.

This becomes very important for GAC given that some of us need 4 ship fleets to compete.

Also, to make the game mode popular, it would be good if some more (newer) ships are placed in arena, cantina and fleet stores.

Last but not the least, bring Jar Jar Binks into the game!

Regards,

We have 2 top fleets right now with both Mal and Nego being able to win and hold.

They rounded out 2 more solid fleets for the GAC setup, with rebels and empire being a good set of tier 2 teams.

Those stores have been locked to allow players to build up shard shop currency to get gear.

To be fair, that's basically 4 complete fleets...with a minimum of 4 required in GAC now. You have 7 capital ships - 2 of which draw from the same factions (Nego/Mace and Tarkin/Thrawn) - and 2 of which don't have anywhere close to a full fleet (Holdo and FO) and Seps only have 5 ships.

Even 6m GP+ rosters are using 5* ships (some not even level 85) with no synergy and g12 pilots in several spots just to fill up space. Compare that to squads in GAC where those same rosters are running 1 or 2 GLs and virtually all relic'd teams.

TL;DR - ship options are still far too underdeveloped to have required a 2nd fleet in GAC at this time.
In game name: Lucas Gregory FORMER PLAYER - - - -"Whale blah grump poooop." - Ouchie

    In game guild: TNR Uprising
I beat the REAL T7 Yoda (not the nerfed one) and did so before mods were there to help

You don't need to field full fleets on offense because most offensive fleet battles wont go beyond the second reinforcement. In fact that is the easiest way to accumulate undersquad wins.

Not every pilot in a fleet needs g13 / relics. The three starting fighters are the crucial ones and in some cases, the first reinforcement.

But anyone with 6m+ GP who is fielding trash is paying the price for neglecting their fleets and that was their choice.

There are plenty of ships for a 2nd fleet in GAC provided you know how to use them effectively and you have not neglected your fleets.

I agree we need more ships, I was more pointing out that the meta is more than NEGO at this moment, and that we have enough ships to meet the "required" elements for GAC. None of which means we dont need more ships.

We have 4 full fleets that works for GAC, yes we need more, but we are not underdeveloped for the current setup
