Bug in GC? (max 3 special abilities feat)

I tried this GC with: Padme, JKA, Wat, GK and GMY. Only use cunning plan(padme), Overpowering Assault (JKA) and baktoid shield generator (wat) in the last level, but I didnt get the reward of "max 3 special abilities" feat... I used it several times, but only these special abilities. Did I miss something?

You can only use special abilities three times.
You can use the same one three times, or multiple different ones, but once you do you have to use basics only.
By the way; CG shoud explain better the meaning of the feats. In addiction, one counter (simply a number) of this kind of things in each GC would be usefull.
