I Think Mods DO Affect Ship Power

So we all know that color, set etc does not matter when modding pilots for ship power right? a gray 5 pip lvl 15 mod is the same as a gold 5 pip lvl 15 mod right? Well here's 2 screen shots. Check the ship power. I swapped out mods with no offense for mods with it and also made a set. The ship's power increased. Thoughts?

GP affected, yes. Stats and performance, no.

Show us the mods before and after. I replaced a 6dot E mod with another one and broke a set - no effect on GP whatsoever.
