I saw your suggestions and none of those work for me.

I restart it every day.
Whene I do TB I have all other apps closed to try and keep RAM usage at minimum.
I have plenty of storage.

Everyone has noticed a massive game freezing issue since the conquest update. Just because you're not affected doesn't mean it isn't occurring. You've just got RNGsus on your side or something lol.
I've got guys in my guild who are experiencing it as well, some with brand new model phones.
Not sure of the context of the other post, but it is fairly well documented (and acknowledged by EA) that the game has been unstable for many since the latest title update.
There are a bunch of threads about it on Answers HQ already. This one appears to be the most active if you want to add your hat into that ring.

Hopefully they fix it, but it will probably get fixed around the time the 3.5 year old missing buttons bug does.

Again that was a month ago and no word since. They even say in the post that they can’t see anything wrong. There is no post on the developer announcements page that there is an issue and as I have said multiple times, nothing in the developer tracker showing they are working on it. I have galaxy s21 ultra that i got right when conquest started. Game never crashed on my s10+, was crashing 5+ times a day. Changed the resolution on my phone from 3200 x 1440 to 2400 x 1080 (settings -> display -> screen resolution) and have had 1 crash in the past 2 weeks.
Again, I’ll say that there is nothing in the dev tracker saying they are working on it. If they were/are it should have a card there. There isn’t.

Sure they should put it on the dev tracker, but I don't understand why you're being so aggressive about it. They can work on the issue without it first being on the dev tracker, and it being there isn't going to speed up the process

I don’t why all of you are being so aggressive defending their almost nonexistent communication. I and others who have been posting at Answers HQ have lost out on GAC rewards, arena rankings, energy and my guild and others have lost out on KAM/Wat shards and GET2. Some other **** posted that it’s an excuse for crappy event performance, it’s not. There are videos posting the issue. Personally I’ve earned several KAM shards and Wat shards for my guild before. Since the conquest update, my game has crashed once during KAM and once during wat. My guild witnessed the crash while I was streaming during a KAM guild session on discord. The wat shards are super easy to win by now.
If you had personally lost out and your guild lost out on these rewards you may understand how myself, the OP, and many others who have posted on the general forums or on Answers HQ feel. It’s been a month. If we don’t press this issue, I doubt anything will be done.
CG has worked at much faster speeds when bugs and glitches benefit players. In this case, they are moving at a snails pace if they are working on it. That does remain to be seen since there only communication if you could call it that is a comment on two threads that are buried under other comments.
When other issues have occurred, they have posted that in the Dev announcements page that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. Why do you care so much about others trying to get their problems noticed and addressed by CG?

As others have said, the crashing issue is known. Answers HQ remains the best place to direct bugs and technical issues to the right team.
