Does data disk order matter?

Does anyone know if the order of equipped data disks determines how/when they are applied in battle? For example, would I get more Protection Up by placing my Vitality disks above my Entrenched disks? Thanks!

    No. The order means nothing.

    Ok, that's what I was hoping to hear. We know character order can determine the order that unique abilities are applied, which made me wonder if the same was true for disks.

    that begs the question: If order doesn't matter, what applies first, Vitality or Protection Up? I placed all my Vitality disks first, just because I am paranoid.
