ive put in a ticket to ea via my phone and my laptop regarding lost rewards from the last conquest. All that seems to happen is i recieve an email from ea asking if my issue has been resolved. Ive gone through the process 3 times now and the same keeps happening. My guild mates say when they go through "help" in game the get directed into a chat, i dont. what do i do now?

Open a ticket through the in game help button and try direct messaging CG_SBCrumb or CG_Doja_Fett with that ticket number and see if they can help direct this to a support person.
