Question about R2

So while this character is semi useless. I was wondering in what order do his uniques apply. For example, his 1st unique gives him bonus stats based on his team and his second gives his team bonus stats based on him. So does his first or second part of that unique apply first?

Anyway, first paragraph applies first, then a percentage of the boosted stats are shared with allies.
