Mastery error?

So, I've noticed that my R8 JML has only 60 mastery, while JMK and SLKR have 75. A guildmate has a R8 master Kenobi showing 60 mastery. Is this some bug?

No. JML has a lower base mastery compared to other GLs because of his Unique that doubles his mastery

Correction: only JML has 60 mastery. My guildmate wad complaining about JML. My mistake.
