Issue with the executor event

Hi everybody,
I got a little problem, when i try to do the free attack to get my 10 shards on the executor event, i got a message who tell me "you didn't get enough galactic tickets to take part of this battle", i did 3 times on Bluestack and 2 times on my phone, and i always got the same message.
I didn't see anybody talking about this problem, so thats why i'm asking here.
