Can't purchase from the store

I keep getting an "error code 9.0" every time I try to buy something from the store. Also says "currently pending some transaction". My connection is fine. Placed a bug report but of course no one has replied. Anyone have a solution?

    They won't respond on a weekend. If you already have a bug report, wait until their work week starts and someone should be able to get back to you.
