Issue with anniversary character pack disappearing from store?

Has anyone tried to buy the anniversary character trove twice? Upon buying it once it is now no longer showing up on my in game store or the online store.

Not gonna buy it. Even if I get lucky, I don't have the gears. Better slow farm and hoard the gears and relic materials in parallel.
