  There is the datacron store at the bottom of stores and then there is conquest where you farm datacrons and it's upgrade mats. But assuming you are asking this question you are probably a newbie. In that case, you should know that in order to use a datacron, all your team has to be at least relic 3 (and r5 for faction bonus and r7 for toon specific bonus on that toon)
