I have several characters the can upgrade abilities. When I click on any of them, the new player UI forces me to always pick the characters first ability and then to click upgrade. However, the upgrade button is always grayed out, I can scroll anywhere, and the UI becomes totally non responsive because the new play help is in the way. I have to forcibly restart the game to do anything. The new player hint ui hides part of the screen, but it looks like I only have 2 out of the 3 resources needed to upgrade a characters ability.
