Profit mining worth it?

Looking to see what players experience is like with profit mining. For 20 credits you'd expect the bonus reward to pay out more frequently based on the cost fromantic my experience

    I forget this exists then when I got into an event, I remember it's there. And I laugh and laugh. I did it one time, the day it was released.

    When they first had it, it was great. Then they majorly cut the payouts, not with it at all now

    Agreed, I used it a lot before they butchered it. It's not even remotely worth it anymore.

    It was an awesome profit mining back then.

    @EA_Jesse @CG_JohnSalera if you actually read the forums and take the feedback into consideration, please do something about this. I understand if you wanted to decrease the payoffs, but compared to the keycards this is absolutely unacceptable.

    Back then it was 110k for 50 energy. Now it pays 8k (with a "chance" of 3x multiplier) for 20 energy. The reduction is insane.

    It was never awesome. It was a little used option that people complained about and asked for an improvement. Instead of improving it, they showed us the middle finger and decreased it by @85%.
    Tagging it with "Gain Piles of Credits" is a pile.
    A game that needs millions is offered thousands... brilliant.

    Farming 1.1m a day was possible and it was awesome for my opinion.

    Back when it was keycard, the reward was meh, but useful in a tight situation, this we got now is the biggest joke in the galaxy
    Think that they are tracking how many times it's used, looking at it every Friday to get a good laugh of how many noobs used it

    I looked at it once. I laughed and never went back. I fully expect a laugh track to kick in and play should I ever decide to use it.
