So, I just fought the same Arena squad three times in a row. The first time, I won, but the game froze at the victory screen and when I restarted the app it had burned my arena try and counted the match as a loss. That's not relevant to this thread, but it **** me off, and I had to get that off my chest.

In all three matches (again, my opponents squad and mine did not change and all three matches happened inside of 30 minutes) different characters went first. So this concept that characters with the highest speed go first seems to be false. In the first match my 6 star gear VII sid went first and in the next two his 5 star gear VII Poe went first.

My only theory is that he upgraded his Poe character between the first and second match (unlikely, but possible) with some gear that increased his speed which pushed him past my sid.

Or... is there some script in the game that gives the AI a boost if you attempt to challenge a squad for the second time?

Anyone else have this happen to them?
