Bit of a n00b question here; Is it possible to change your squad arena team without going into a fight? I assume the last team you used is what the AI will use when somebody attacks you? I want to change it but I don't have any uses left until they reset at midnight.

    No you must go into a fight, if you want a good defending team make sure the last team you fight with is the one you want to do the defending with, pay 50 crystals and you can do an extra fight, it's not worth it though
