Multi-attack is when a character attacks and then after that attack has a percentage chance to attack a 2nd time, and even a third time if it is stated in their skill description.
Ok does multi-attack - when it activates - attack the SAME enemy again or is it random? And if it just says "multi-attack" - does that only mean twice and what is the % chance of it going off?
