Mods changing primary value after updating

I just got a purple 4* Health mod from tier 3 mod challenge. The primary read +52% offense. I put credits on it and if instantly changed to +132 offense. What the hell? Now, our mods are changing when we update them. Credits are a premium and having mods change from percentage to set number is a big deal.

Mods should stay as percentage not change to preset number for primary. That allows you to customize more
