  Yes, and I'll explain why below.

  I've used her just because the turn meter control and adventage. Now she is sitting in the bench because she is 3* because I went with Droids/Lumi in GW shipmemts, but I still use her sometimes in GW just for March Orders and Fusillade

  No, and here's why.

  A little turn meter decrease that is 1-3 enemies if at all with moderate dmg...
  
  Armor penetration causes loss of pathetic dmg turn.
  
  Each basic hit sucks.
  
  Tank that cant taunt.
