If I'm going to miss another credit heist because of this time zone motherfunkery while others get double rewards, I'm gonna stomp my feet and cross my arms.
No update went LIVE yet, so no need for update notes at this point. I am sure went the update goes live, there will be notes.
That's incorrect. Certain time zones are already getting the credit heist event, and there are zero notes as stated there would be on all future updates with the last notes.

Reading the above, it sounds like the "Next week" items are coming in. Probably get another update this week as well.
It's like getting to open a few Christmas presents early. haha
I think there was a post a couple of weeks ago that some mod/dev said that they don't/can't talk about the update before it is pushed to all devices.
Still, they should have had the update ready to go for all devices when the forced the client restart.
