Character icon stuck with 2 notifications

My character icon is stuck with 2 notifications and I can't find what they are pointing to. See attached screen shots

I am having the same issue! I'm not sure why mine still displays a counter if I can't train, add gear or activate any characters. Clues?

Same here my ventress says she has 1 notification and i cant find anything lol

I've found some that were gear craft buried several layers down, it would be better if there were a better indicator for these. Going through the entire tree is a pain.
