Requirements for beating Palps event?

Hello all, can anyone tell me how many rebels are needed to go through all tiers of Palps event? Any info on that event is appreciated, I NEEEEED PALPSTER

    It's a Yoda-style event. So there are 7 tiers, each requiring 5 rebels of the corresponding star level. Palp unlocks after tier 5. To max him out you'll need 5 rebels at 7 stars.

    Ahh yes, that's the answer I was hoping for, I've now got enough 7 star rebels to unlock him, I missed the last Palps event. Thanks for reply.
