Charged 3 times on Scorch purchases
Well, as the title states, I made the huge mistake to buy the 2 Scorch bundles from the webstore on the 20th of May, one for $30 and the second one for $75. All good and dandy, on the 22nd of May money got retrieved from my account, as expected. Then again on the 23rd of May, I have been charged $105 for the 2 packs, and to top it off in good style, on the 24th I have been charged again for both packs, same amounts. Ok, I can understand that technical issues can happen, but how can you justify the response on the support chat on which I was just told "I want to inform you that the issue has been resolved and the team is working on making the necessary changes for affected players" ? How is it fixed as I haven't received my money back ? Oh, you want to say "don't worry, keep spending as we won't charge you 3 times now, until we break it again when we will just enjoy stating that we fixed the issue once again" ? Why just close the chat and not provide a timeline of when the extra charges will be refunded, even though I specifically asked for it ? Or is the answer as clear as day, there will never be a timeline, thank you for your extra money ? What are the changes that you are talking about ? If you would have planned to refund, you could have stated a clear answer and provide a timeline, even if you provided like a month for processing it. But no, you just closed the chat without anything meaningful provided. Great support provided, thanks for nothing. So once again, I am posting here, when will I be refunded ? Can anyone provide a clear answer, ideally from CG ?

Do in-game reports work?
There's been a cheater in my Fleet Arena that's been cheating for a whole month and nothing has been done about them despite multiple reports being filed against them in-game. I'm apart of a Discord server for my arena so I know at least 10 people have reported them, yet this person with 4 and 5 star ships keeps climbing to #1 in an arena with multiple 7 star Negotiators and Malevolences. Everyone in the top 50 has spent some sort of money in the game except them so I don't know how much more blatant the cheating could be. So do in-game reports work? I just came across the google form version of reporting and filled that out as well, so I'm also wondering if reporting works at all? I know reporters won't be contacted if action is taken "for privacy reasons" (which is really dumb and should not be a thing), but has anybody ever reported somebody and seen action taken in-game? I'm hoping one day I log on and don't see a level 80 5 star executrix and 4 star geo ships atop of the ladder.

Inferior Support Performance
It's now the 8th day that our guild leader cannot log into the game and there is no hope for improvement. When looking at the responses by the EA support, you get the impression, that they cannot find the issue in the FAQ list, that has been provided to them and they stop every communication. During his absence he has lost or missed his daily fleet arena rewards, raid rewards, TW rewards, GA rewards (crystals and mod upgrade material), daily farming, Temple Guard event, Assault and Era Battles, etc. Now we are heading into TB and Conquest time and your inactivity is damaging the account even for the future. He will miss out on TB rewards as well Conquest rewards. The latter goes hand in hand with the fact, that he won't be able to farm crons, which are vital for the next GA 3v3 season. With the current progress he will miss out on Depa in addition to Temple Guard and therefore JMMW too, which is adding to the downhill slide of an end game player. Your lack of support is basically ruining this account with respect to every aspect and will put him far away from e.g. beating TJ during one of Tassenix' streams. Can we expect any improvement from your side CG_Meathead or will you continue to show no effort that a customer, who has invested thousands of dollars, is able to use the content, that he has paid for? I can assure you that the mood in our guild is definetly not the best due to your poor performance. Some are seriously considering to stop playing this game including myself. In the grande scheme of things it won't hurt you financially very much to get no longer 2k (3k?4k?) from our guild. But from our point of view, there are other possiblities to spend money in a better way, than giving it to a company that doesn't give a rat's *** about their customers.

Geonosian Brood Alpha Omicron Concept
Geonosian Swarm: Geonosian allies have +15,000 Max Health and Max Protection, and +50% Health Steal. Geonosian allies recover 3% Protection when they use their Basic ability. Basic abilities of Geonosian allies deal 10% more damage for each buffed enemy. While in Territory Battles and if all allies are Geonosians: Geonosian allies are immune to percent Health damage effects. Geonosian allies have +30% Max Health and Max Protection per their Relic Amplifier levels. Whenever a Geonosian Attacker ally attacks out of turn, they deal true damage equal to 20% of Geonosian Brood Alpha's Max Health. All Geonosian allies have +200% Tenacity, and all enemies have -200% Tenacity. In TB, the Geonosians will be an even bigger **bleep** to deal with. It essentially turns them into cockroaches. In TB, players are encouraged to use their entire roster, and pay attention to those that don't see much, or any, use. In 'Geonosis: Separatist Might', this Omicron can make the Wat Tambor mission a breeze. But it can also make 'Rise of the Empire' a breeze. At Relic 9, Geonosians will have +270% more Health and Protection, which is great for someone like Sun Fac, as he's a Tank

All my mods are gone
Ive returned to the game after around 4 years of inactivity. When i first started the game and loaded my progress back through google, whenever I would try to upgrade a mod the game would give me error 9.25 and force me to restart. A day after that, I connected my account to the EA one since there were some free crystals given for doing that. Now all the mods Ive had equipped are gone, not in the inventory not anywhere. What can I do if anything?

Lord Vader Event Stuck – 60 Shards Missing Despite Full Completion
Hello, I hope someone can help me. The game is stuck at the final stages of the Lord Vader event. I've completed all the missions with three stars and met all the initial requirements. However, I’m unable to obtain the shards from the final battle. I'm missing the last 60 shards, which were never granted to me in the game. This bug is preventing me from unlocking the Galactic Legend Lord Vader. I’ve already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but the issue remains. I’ve attached a screenshot showing the problem.

High Inquisitor Jerec: A Character Concept for Star Wars' Best Forgoten Villain.
With members of the inquisition now oficially part of Star Wars canon and some Legends material being used in both live action and the game, I think the time has come to remember one of the saga's original inquisitors who also happens to be one of it's most fascinating villains. High Inquisitor Jerec, once the padawan of Jocasta Nu as well as a Jedi Master, scholar and archeologist, willingly joined the Empire post Order 66. A feared inquisitor, who specialised in turning Jedi to the dark side, Jerec became one of the most prominent Sith scholars in the imperial court. In truth, however, his ambition knew no end, the jedi he turned were more his own men than the Emperors. Prefering to keep an aura of Mystery and power around himself, he secured both financial and military backing behind the scenes. And was one of the only men the Emperor feared could eventually topple him and take his place. In my opinion, Jerec is an essential character if Kyle Katarn was ever to be brought into canon. Being rumored to have been grooming the force-sensitive Katarn as his apprentice long before he defected to the rebelion or became a Jedi. The very concept behind Jerec is worthy of an end-game villain of a trilogy and with the right presentation could even make a great Galactic Legend. I am not sure whether it would be beter to approach Jerec as a legendary character or a Galactic Legend, but I think it would be perfectly viable to build a great Era in the new era format around the inquisition and Empire around him. His kit could have different sinergies around both Imperial Renmant, Sith, Inquisitorious or Empire. An era around him could introduce several new marquees with a lot of flexibility for different teams. Examples Include: A dark side Fallen Kyle Katarn A Light side Mara Jade (Responsible for bring Kyle back to the light as the protagonist of Mysteries of the Sith) who could act as a lifter for Jedi Master Luke. Dark Jedi Inquisitor Bariss Offee Classic Manned Dark Troopers like seen in the Original SW Battlefront games Jerec even has his own capital ship the "Vengeance" so a new empire fleet would be an option down the line As seen here, there are many interesting options. You could even take some inspiration from the older raids of the game and build a future raid around the Inquisition and Empire with Vader and Jerec as bosses, if that's an area of interest. For his kit I won't go into specifics but there is enough material to create an interesting and unique kit. The most obvious ability would be his signature Force Destruction, which could have similar propperties to fracture. Or it could fuction as an area atack with different propperties. You could even split it into two different abilities based on how it is used in a cutscene and in gameplay. An unique or ability should also reflect his ability to see with the force despite his blindness as a Miraluka. It could have synergy with foresight for example. He could have synergies with or the ability to summon Dark Jedi. He also uses force protection if I remember correctly so that could also be a possibility. I also think it would be interesting to allow him to have different synergies with Sith, inquisition or Imperial Renmnant in a way that would allow players to build different teams with him with different effects. In the same way Luthen has his Curator or Axis bonus for example. In any case I think Jerec deserves to be remembered because he's a fascinating villain and quite an unique caracter in the franchise. I absolutely would love to see him in the game.

Hello Holotable Heroes, The hotfix just deployed should put a Level 15 Temple Guard FDC into your inbox if you were eligible for one. Having multiple TG FDCs in your inventory is expected. The team is aware that some folks leveled up their 0 Level Temple Guard FDC prior to the fixes and are discussing further actions for those folks. Thank you

Territory battles improvement? Bank leftover gp
So ive been having a think about the territory battles rise of the empire, because of pre loading zones and wasting alot of gp at the end of phases, we could have a little node that is permanent that you can bank any leftover gp, for use by the officers of the guild in the upcoming phases. This will actually push guilds closer to maxing out rise of the empire and is an automatic w for the game in my opinion.
