Unable to view/purchase Daily Deals

Summarize your bug Unable to view "Daily deals" that were added to the game this week. Roughly 30-40% of players report being able to see them, but a large majority cannot view or purchase them in the store. I have attached a screenshot taking by guildmate showing what they can see; however, I cannot see any of them in my store.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

This is working as intended. Not all players are participating at the current stage.

Hey there! I received the daily deals two weeks ago; however, they are the exact same offers every single day with no variation. All of my guild mates have a different offer each day, but I am stuck with the same set of poor deals every single day.

@EA_Gunner how the target group being selected? Who can get these deals?
We discussed in our guild and community but couldn't find a pattern. Is it randomly selected players?
