@EA_UltraSlide This is unacceptable. There needs to be a system in place to remedy this. It’s been happening tooooooooo often for there not to be compensation.

So the "official" response is "Our game is broken - we're working on it.  But too bad, not helping you." lololol.  That's why EA won a particular "award" 2 years in a row.  What a joke.
