Login/disconnect issues - UPDATE (5/7)

We are currently investigating the issues that some players are experiencing while trying to load into the game or are having random disconnects. These issues appear to be related to service providers/carriers.

We are actively working with our partners to fix these issues as quickly as possible. We will continue to share updates once we have more information.

Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue and we apologize for the disruptions in being able to play.

  • Update: For those still having issues, connecting to WiFi should allow you to play instead of using data from your network (LTE, 4G, etc.)

    Also, here are some steps that may assist some T-Mobile players:

    1) Create a new APN using the steps provided by T-Mobile: (https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-28990#steps1)
    2) Set the "APN protocol" to IPv4 instead of IPv6.
    3) Save and select the newly created APN.
    4) Restart SWGoH.
