Resistance Trooper not gaining TM?

I dont think Resistance Trooper is gaining the correct TM. There are a few scenarios where i noticed he isnt gaining the correct TM.

Glitch 1
Im running RT (resistance trooper) under a zeta Finn lead. The target is already exposed. My RT is at 0% turn meter. My Finn uses his Take Down ability. The damage pops the expose and grants my entire Resistance team 35%. The ability also reapplies expose. This should give my Resistance Trooper an additional 55% TM (from RT's unique). 35% + 55% = 100% This does not happen however. RT's TM goes up a lot but not 100%. This scenario happens with Resistance Pilot when she uses her special ability and when Resistance Trooper does his basic.


Glitch 2
RT does not gain TM when Poe applies expose to already exposed targets.

    I was just noticing this in the raid today. If poe exposes already expose target RT gains no TM from the new expose.
    I have video I will add in a bit.

    Well if its the first time the enemy gets exposed that would defeat the purpose of troopers unique, if it says the first time an enemy becomes exposed each turn then this is still a problem.

    I hope they dont do some bandaid text change like that though.

    Let's see...

    Is the team FTP friendly? Check.
    Can the team clear a phase in they HAAT? Check.
    Can the team be run with undergeared toons? Check.
