Jeditemple promocode triggered f2p achievment
I just wanted to use the gift from swgoh webstore. Used the promocode jeditemple for free shards and stuff but unfortunately it triggered the ingame achievement "gatherer" which showed up that my account is free 2 play. So I'm mad because it feels like it broke my 3 years playing f2p. Any chances to reset the achievment?

Nightsisters not able to target doomed character around taunt
For some reason in 3v3, My blessed Morgan wasn't able to ignore taunt to target Pobi who I put the doom on. That used to work and I watched a couple videos to confirm. So for some reason, today, I couldn't target a doomed character with Morgan to beat the team. And because of that I'm gonna lose my GAC. So why isn't this working now? Or was it a "bug" before that you fixed so we can't ignore taunt to target a doomed character with a blessed character anymore? Oh and your in-game help option has become garbage now too. I can barely select the chat box because it is below the onscreen phone buttons. Plus, I was unable to drop pictures into the chat like we used to. But maybe you all wanted it to be crappier and less useful? What gives?

Why do all new characters seem to come out with Omicrons?
Just trying to think back when Omicrons first came out; weren't they meant to be used to boost older characters into being more relevant? Or did I, and am I, missing something? Obviously makes money for CG, but just wondering how they then bring those older characters back into relevance, if they keep adding them to new characters. That ultimately widens the gap doesn't it? Again I assume it is really all about the money, since those older characters don't make them any money now. I may be, and probably am, totally wrong, but that is what I thought the case was for Omicrons, not that they will be added to every new character. Just curious.

GL Hondo, is this a joke??
Why and WHEN in the flying fudge did you (CG) decide that Hondo- a pirate was a good choice for a new GL. It’s really beyond me and I assume 99% of all players whi actually love Star Wars. You have a gazillion alternatives to new toons that could fit the role better. Skeleton Crew was a Disney [Snip]….and now you make toons of em!? What the hell? Delete the **bleep** and pretend you never thought of it! I rather see another Darth Vader GL worthy of his Legend. Hell- even R2 as a GL would be more convinient [Remember to not swear on the forums. Using symbols in place of letters isn't a workaround either - CM]

Maces leader (solver) : Whenever a Jedi Vanguard ally uses an ability on their turn while no other enemy has a stack of Investigation, target enemy gains a stack of Investigation (max 5) for 2 turns but if your target has a Investigation this is not apply another Investigation kit saying no other enemy this is meaning to if you target Investigated enemy you can still apply but it is not working his kit not working correctly

So let's just try to recreate the timeline of the latest brilliant planning process: It's time to start planning a new raid. All in favor? AYE! Let's center it around Order 66. All in favor? AYE! With a new raid must come new faction. All in favor? AYE! You guys remember how unpopular and universally disliked that SW pirate show Skeleton Crew was? Let's go with a pirate faction. All in favor? AYE! Wait, pirates had literally nothing to do with Order 66. Are we sure this is the best idea? Well, someone suggested it, so now we have to use it. All in favor? AYE! This new obscure pirate faction that nobody asked for should have our next GL. All in favor? AYE! Hmmm, not Separatists? Mandalorians? Old Republic? Droids? I mean, they've played a much bigger role in SW over the ye-- PIRATES WAS SUGGESTED FIRST. All in favor? AYE! Oops, it's about time to get this new raid out. How about tomorrow? All in favor? AYE! But wait, over half the eligible toons won't even be released for another several weeks or months. Shouldn't we-- ENOUGH OF YOUR LOGIC! RELEASE IT! All in favor? AYE! Depa first special states : Inflict Healing Immunity for 2 turns and deal Physical damage to target enemy. Depa gains Health Steal Up for 2 turns. If Jedi Master Mace Windu is in the Leader slot, this ability deals 50% more damage. Call Jedi Master Mace Windu to assist twice. Which triggers this part of mace lead : Whenever an enemy attacks out of turn with at least 1 stack of Investigation, Blind them for 1 turn, which can't be evaded or resisted and they gain another stack of Investigation (max 5) for 2 turns. And this part of mace unique : Whenever Mace deals damage to an enemy with at least 1 stack of Investigation, inflict them with Provoke for 1 turn. Provoked: +100% counter chance; this character deals 90% less damage when attacking out of turn; whenever this character attacks out of turn, they take damage equal to 20% of their Max Health; this damage can't defeat this character But 2nd basic attack from mace does not trigger provoke so no counter attack which mace needs for his investigation progress. Whenever an enemy attacks out of turn with at least 1 stack of Investigation, Blind them for 1 turn, which can't be evaded or resisted and they gain another stack of Investigation (max 5) for 2 turns. Which Triggers this part of mace lead : If all allies were Jedi Vanguard at the start of battle, defeated enemies can't be revived, and whenever a Jedi Vanguard ally uses an ability on their turn while no other enemy has a stack of Investigation, target enemy gains a stack of Investigation (max 5) for 2 turns. And this part of his unique : Whenever Mace deals damage to an enemy with at least 1 stack of Investigation, inflict them with Provoke for 1 turn. Provoked: +100% counter chance; this character deals 90% less damage when attacking out of turn; whenever this character attacks out of turn, they take damage equal to 20% of their Max Health; this damage can't defeat this character The bug is when depa calls mace twice, mace attacks twice inflicting provoke each time but provoke does not trigger when he attacks for the 2nd time. Mace 1st basic inflict provoke Mace 2nd basic inflict provoke again but also should trigger the provoke from 1st basic so the enemy counters, which mace needs for his investigation progress. Whenever an enemy attacks out of turn with at least 1 stack of Investigation, Blind them for 1 turn, which can't be evaded or resisted and they gain another stack of Investigation (max 5) for 2 turns. Want Hyperdrive: How to change incorrect age- can't make purchases.
When I set up my account I somehow entered a wrong age (or no age?)- anyhow it says my DOB is 2011-12-31. I am in fact over 50 years old. But the result of this is that I cannot make any purchases. I tried to open a case through EA help forum but it seems impossible because when I click "start a new case" it takes me to the many different options and none of them allow me to start a new case. I would really like to get the hyperdrive bundle. I also tried contacting EA through the in-game help. I am frustrated.

2025 Quality of Life(QOL) wish list!!!! Part 1
I wanna make a wish list of Quality of Life that I'd like to see in the future of 2025. Hope this can turn into maybe a Poll that CG can do every year to communicate with players and see what they want taken care of throughout the year. I'd love to hear other players comments on their own ideas of QOL needs and wants for the game. Claim all Button on all Reward Trails from the new Episode track, Galactic Conquest, and Raids. Saving clicking time will help save players time and focus more on what they want to work on in game! Always, Always would like a see a sandbox mode. This has been requested and needed for a long time. To costly to track. However if its to much, modify Squad Arena to this. I know CG can also allow (weekly) to have TW and GAC Omicrons active in squad arena. Maybe 1 week no Omicrons active, next week GAC Omicrons active and then 3rd week Territory War Omicrons active. This way players can test these Omicrons more freely. Also reducing the Crystal cost would be very helpful as well. Maybe to 15 per refresh. Then allow players to do up to 500+ battles. So many players will love having this added. Maybe a side thing is allow players to have 3 to 5 different teams they can place on defense and you select the player and It'll have a pop up showing the teams so you can test different teams out. Mod Shipment update. Other then adding like 3 to 6 or so more slots, allow at the top a tab to swap between Credits and Ship credits. I have loads of Regular credits but hurt on Ship credits. While I have a friend that has the opposite. Its also annoying to see a mod I wanna try and get and can't since I don't have the ship credits. I'm sure many other players have this problem. The costs can stay the same (or be nice and lower some by like 5% or so. Yet allowing the credit type to be swapped would be very helpful for those players rocking way more of 1 type of credit than other and not able to get the mods they want with the credit type limitation. In addition maybe add some of the Mod leveling up gear into this store as well from other shipments and keeping their currency costs the same. Also with adding different slots for Mods I wouldn't mind seeing 6 slots be only gold tier and the rest being mixed between all the tiers. Improving limited currency caps. I really don't like that there are caps on the currencies. Yet it is what it is. At least allow some to be doubled so if players get busy with life they aren't losing that said currency. Or lock us out from claiming the currency until we have enough space for it. Like the mods do when they hit their mod storage limit. Also, maybe adding some more options in each store to allow us to be able to use some of them. Like all the MK1 like currencies maybe adding some white, green and blue gear so we can exchange and keep up on our relic Salvage. Especially for the players always trying to farm gear for the Carbonite Circuit Boards. Datacron QOL. I still am not a big fan of them, yet I can see some improvements. Like maybe allowing some other currencies or other farming locations for the Datacron Material. Tired of having my limited time going only for the Datacrons and not able to go for the Red Crate in Conquest. In addition Please allow us to move between DC's while looking at the individual DC. Tired of backing out and going back into them. So much time. A easy arrow left and right would be much appreciated. Maybe also balance out more of the stats and Datacron abilities.

Can CG atleast pretend that raid is not P2W model now?
Speed bike raid - 15% of chars are new Naboo raid - 30% of chars are new Order 66 - 56% (counting all Pirates coming) are new That means that every time less and less people can do raid more then minimal without investing money or massive amount of crystals. If it goes like this the next raid will require another battlepass ?

Jedi Temple Loot crate (Customer service unable to verify Promocode: JEDITEMPLE)
EDIT: EA refunded the money for the pack, I appreciate the help MeatHead 👍 've personally had a horrible experience today. I had filled in the promo JEDITEMPLE and at checkout it said 0 euro. After completing the purchase I was still charged the full amount. I've already had a full discussion with the EA customer service, I was first connected to 1 person (live chat) and transfered to another who apperently specialzes in it. This is what Customer service said: "We are sorry but the team can not validate the promocode, we can not help you further." I've had a conversation for over an hour, had to explain multiple times that the promo code was lituarlly on the offer itself "jedi temple guard loot crate" inside the official Swgoh webstore and yet they werent able to validate it??? This is extremely scammy and I would like to request a refund. As a student I don't have the money to spend on these kind of bundles and thus only purchased it because the promo code claimed the product would be free. This im pretty sure goes against the European Laws. Below you can see an image taken directly from the store and the offer. During the customer serice I wasn't even allowed to share the attachment. Overal this is just once again a very scammy move from capital games, should have just made the product free to avoid these kind of problems. And this was not even me forgetting to add the promo code, I ADDED IT and was still charged the full amount....
