Today, 2/21/2019, we pushed a Server Update to address some issues with Grand Arena.

SERVER UPDATE NOTES:
- 3v3 wins in Grand Arena should now only count as an undersized win if a unit slot is empty
- Grand Arena inbox message is sent to players that did not opt-in
