Some players may be experiencing issues with receiving the Grand Arena Crystal payout at their chosen payout time. This is separate from the 500 Crystals sent out earlier for the transition from Squad Arena payouts to Grand Arenas payouts. We are currently investigating the issue and it does not appear to be widespread but it is impacting a specific group of players. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible and all players negatively impacted by this issue will be sent a make good for any lost Crystals (to be determined once this issue is resolved).
