I want my crystals back

100 crystals, it's not a lot I know.. but still crystals are crystals.

So here's the story.
I refreshed the node 9c hard to farm baze. It said 50 crystals as always for first refresh. I accepted it didn't refresh. I then clicked it again thinking it had failed for some reason and it deducted 150 crystals and refreshed the node when it should of only been 50. How do I claim them back?

The process is so painful that I would just rather have a beer, print an EA logo on paper and punch it a few times.

Sounds about right @NacciPerse but as I've spent a small fortune on this game I don't like being robbed further

Haha. Definitely not worth bringing to the customer service members without screenshots. I wouldn't even try to be honest.

So by the sounds of it I need to screenshot every second of the game in order to ensure I'm not robbed of my crystals. Think I'll pass on that lol. Who would think to screenshot every time you purchase or refresh
