21 of 20 Daily challenges
Sometime between reset yesterday and today I've managed to do a total of 21 challenges. It should have been capped at 20. I am the only one in my guild who has done it, not sure if others are having the same issue.

This is my first thought as well.
No capital ship mission I'm afraid. Did those a while ago.
The only thing I can think that may have contributed is the stability of the game after reset was very poor.
Every man and his dog attempting to play TB on its launch. The game crashed multiple times for me, Perhaps I did a challenge and it crashed?
