TW joining and roster lock question
When does your roster lock? Is it when you join or is it when the timer expires? In other words: do we need to "update our rosters" by leaving and rejoining? Also why is there even a sign up period? Is that really necessary? Just have everyone in guild participate...

The sign up is very usefull, since if people are not able to play a tw becaue they are busy, they don't have to opt in and so overall guild gp is less what is important to the matchmaking.
If they join and don't play you face higher gp guilds to what you bring to the table...
