Zeta upgrade mistake

Hey there! I upgraded the zeta ability of hera Syndulla by mistake! Was told by ea help to track down a developer on the forums to help me out, so here I am! I hope I can get this mistake fixed! Hoping to hear from you!

Not going to happen. Won't get it back, especially now.. isn't there a warning prior to upgrading a zeta now?

This happened before the update was live. Back in February. Like the 21st or second of February

And I have email from ea proving this as well. I didn't know I had to come on the forums to have a developer take care of it, not the ea help desk.....

Please feel free to contact CG_Kozispoon or CG_Leviathan directly, but as stated above, they do not return zetas.

They did for zarris. I don't see an issue if they can just switch the toon

iirc, the Zarriss situation was due to a description error in the Zeta ability. I don't believe they will refund a Zeta used in error, but gl with it.
